Larry has been immersed in the realm of artistry for over 45 years and began collecting prints from renowned wildlife artists in the 80s. As framing costs soared, he opted to learn framing himself. After taking classes from Rick Amonte in 1997, he started framing his own paintings and prints, founding Waggoner-Art and Frame to offer custom framing and artwork to the public.
